Current time in America/Denver: America/Denver

Licenses and attribution

Roworth Terminus does not claim ownership of upstream feeds. Read the source terms before you republish anything stored here.

adsb.lol

Aircraft counts come from the adsb.lol point API. The project distributes its database under the Open Database License (ODbL). Attribute adsb.lol and link https://adsb.lol/. This app stores counts inside a radius, not the aircraft table itself. ODbL share-alike still applies if you republish a database derived from their data. License text: https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/

OpenSky Network

This deployment does not call the OpenSky Network. If you replace the aviation feed with OpenSky, their terms limit use to non-commercial research and require attribution. Read https://opensky-network.org/about/terms-of-use before wiring that API in.

NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center

Planetary K-index, alerts, and real-time solar wind are U.S. government works from https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/. Credit NOAA SWPC. The propagated solar-wind file is only used when the real-time wind file fails.

Yahoo Finance chart API

CL=F, BZ=F, GC=F, NG=F, and ZW=F, plus ITA, FRO, STNG, and DHT, are read from the unofficial chart endpoint on query1.finance.yahoo.com. Yahoo does not offer this as a licensed public data product. Do not redistribute the prices or use them for trading. The board shows the numbers the endpoint returned. Wheat is shown in the units the chart returns (USc/bu).

ERCOT

System load is the actual-demand series from the public supply-and-demand dashboard at https://www.ercot.com/. This is not an official ERCOT product. ERCOT's site terms still apply to the underlying data.

CAISO

Demand is the current-demand column of the public outlook CSV at https://www.caiso.com/outlook/current/demand.csv. The file has clock times without a date; this app stamps them onto the current America/Los_Angeles operating day. This is not an official CAISO product.

MISO, NYISO, and SPP

MISO load and fuel mix come from the public API at https://public-api.misoenergy.org/. Five-minute clock times are read as Eastern Standard Time, which is how MISO labels them. NYISO load is the sum of zones in the public PAL CSV, and the fuel mix is the public real-time fuel file, both under https://mis.nyiso.com/public/. SPP actual load and generation mix come from the public chart API at https://portal.spp.org/. Forecast series in the load chart are not stored. None of these is an official operator product.

IESO and AESO

Ontario demand is the total-load column of https://reports-public.ieso.ca/public/RealtimeTotals/PUB_RealtimeTotals.csv. Alberta internal load is read from the public current supply-demand report at http://ets.aeso.ca/ets_web/ip/Market/Reports/CSDReportServlet. These are not official IESO or AESO products.

Elexon and EirGrid

Great Britain demand is the initial demand outturn from the Elexon Insights API at https://data.elexon.co.uk/bmrs/api/v1/demand/outturn. Generation and interconnector figures come from the current generation outturn on the same API. Contains BMRS data © Elexon Limited. EirGrid generation is GEN_EXP from https://www.smartgriddashboard.com/api/chart/. The demand chart on that API returned no rows, so the EirGrid card is generation. These are not official Elexon or EirGrid products.

AEMO and ONS

Australia NEM demand is the sum of regional total demand from https://visualisations.aemo.com.au/aemo/apps/api/report/ELEC_NEM_SUMMARY. Settlement timestamps are treated as Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC+10), including during daylight saving. Brazil demand is the sum of the four subsystem rows in the ONS hourly open-data file under https://dados.ons.org.br/. That file lags about a day. These are not official AEMO or ONS products.

EIA and ENTSO-E

Optional. The EIA hourly electric grid monitor at https://api.eia.gov/v2/electricity/rto/region-data is called only when EIA_API_KEY is set. One request asks for demand (type D) across reporting balancing authorities. The card count is the number of authorities, not a US total, because summing respondents would double-count. ENTSO-E actual total load is requested only when ENTSOE_API_TOKEN is set, for eleven bidding zones, with two seconds between calls. A rejected zone is named on the card and is not given a number.

NASA FIRMS

Fire counts are aggregated from the keyless Suomi-NPP VIIRS 24-hour global CSV published by NASA FIRMS / LANCE: https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/. Cite NASA FIRMS. Individual detections are not stored, only regional totals.

CelesTrak

Active and Starlink counts are row counts of the public GP element sets at https://celestrak.org/, maintained by T.S. Kelso. Orbital elements originate in the public space catalog. Cite CelesTrak. The element rows themselves are not stored.

GDELT

Tone series come from the GDELT DOC 2.0 API (mode=timelinetone) at https://www.gdeltproject.org/. The project asks for at most one request every five seconds; this app waits eight seconds between themes and caches the parsed timeline in Postgres. Tone is GDELT's score, not an editorial judgment by this app.

X

Optional. Recent search and the filtered stream run only when X_BEARER_TOKEN is set. Post text is stored and displayed as untrusted data, with a link back to the post on x.com. It is not a firehose republication. X's developer terms still apply: https://developer.x.com/

AISStream

Optional. The maritime panel connects to wss://stream.aisstream.io/v0/stream only when AISSTREAM_API_KEY is set, listens for about twelve seconds on four boxes, and stores unique-MMSI and message counts. It is not a global AIS picture. Upstream AIS data has its own licensing; see https://aisstream.io/.
